iZigg Coupon Expiration Date Variable
The “coupon expiration date variable is used in conjunction with your “auto-responder” message. If you want to offer a digital coupon that “expires” on 3 days after the date someone request your coupon, you will use the following code: %date+3%
iZigg Calendar Scheduling
This feature allows you to schedule your messages to be sent at a future time. You can schedule your messages for any period of time in advance, and the “calendar view" will show you all of your pending messages to be sent.
iZigg Raffling Feature
This is a unique feature. It allows you to hold a raffle on any selected group (or list) that you have subscribers in. Raffles are a great way to validate interest and quickly build a list of subscribers.
iZigg Social Connect
This feature allows you to update your twitter and facebook profiles, automatically, when you send a text message to any of your groups. It will update your social profiles with the same message that you are sending to your subscriber group.
iZigg Detailed Reporting
There are dozens of different reports that you can generate at any given time. For example, if you wanted to view a list of your subscribers, you can generate a report that shows the phone numbers for an entire list. Another example would be if you would like to view a list of messages that you have sent for any given time period.
iZigg Website Subscription Widget
Although the most common way for subscribers to add themselves to your list will be for them to simply text your keyword to 90210. However you can also capitalize on your Internet properties by adding an opt-in form so visitors can type their information in on their PC and receive a text with the promised information, update, coupon, ect.
iZigg Text Templates
Text templates are used as a quick way to create a message that you send out on a frequent basis. Instead of having to type the same message every time you need to send it, you simply select the template it will populate the message into the box for you. An example would be creating a template for appointment reminders.
iZigg Web Pages
This feature allows you to create an unlimited amount of mobile friendly webpages. You can simply enter some text, upload a few images, and with the click of a button, a webpage that is optimized for a mobile browser will be created.
iZigg Multiple User Accounts
This could be useful if you have multiple divisions in your company, and you only want to allow access to specific subscriber groups. For example, a car dealership might have many subscriber groups, but they only want their service center to have access to the service center group. They could create a user for the service center and allow them to log in to the izigg dashboard with limited access.
iZigg Unlimited Numerical Keywords
A default keyword is a 5 or 6 digit number that is automatically create with each subscriber group. You can used these default keywords the same exact way that you would use a “vanity” keyword. The only difference is, you do not get to select what you want your keyword to be.
iZigg Notification of New Subscribe
The system allows you to alert yourself or others by text or email every time a particular campaign receives an opt in. This is useful if you would like to track your advertising or personally respond immediately to a hot lead.
iZigg Message Inbox
This means you can have a 2-way communication with your subscribers. When someone texts your keyword, the message that they send will automatically show up in your “inbox”. You can click on that message and send a reply directly to the single subscriber. This allows for an ongoing communication.
iZigg Automatic Unsubscribe
Although we recommend checking your “inbox” frequently this feature allows the subscriber to mange their own subscription preference. A subscriber can reply “stop” and be removed from the last list they received a message from. If they reply "stop all" they will be removed from all iZigg lists.
iZigg Unlimited Subscribers
You can have an unlimited number of people added to your messaging groups. You can build as many groups as you want, and each group has no limit to the number of subscribers. When a mobile user texts your “keyword” to “90210” they will automatically receive your predetermined message and be added to the group that you have your keyword attached to.
