When prospecting NEVER say these three words:

PLEASE – THANK YOU – JUST

Trust me, it will immediately change how you are postured on a call. The only person that should be saying please or thank you is your prospect… after-all you are the one doing them a favor.

If you say PLEASE THANK YOU or JUST  the NLP that controls how a person is ingrained to think make them think you need them when in fact you do not. Now the question really becomes do you believe it?
